sometimes i call my mom an earth mother
and this fact makes me truly believe that women's
qualities not only reach deep...to the roots of nature...
but are twinged with something ethereal as well.
it also makes me think of the collection of short stories
by isabel allende,
eva luna,
which brings to mind sensual and strong females.
females fierce as mother nature.

ooo i love this stuff! let me know if you come across anything in your text books about the mcclintock effect... our bodies can do some craaaazy things.
ive read everything by isabel allende except this. just added it to my goodreads "to read" list! ah, lunar menses.
