damn strawberries.

today has been "one of those days"...

when everything seems to be a little more difficult

& takes a little longer.

all of these things have already happened to me & it's only noon:

*spilling my little crate of amish-grown strawberries all over the car

* dropping my keys right outside the door

when my arms were full of stuff

*when shifting around said full arms of stuff

{in order to pick up the keys},

i squashed strawberries against my chest

{did you know strawberries stain clothing? yep, neither did i.}

*spilling gas from the pump all over the gas cap on the car when taking it out, while simultaneously stepping in a big puddle of gas

*not knowing how to turn off the back windshield wiper

on andy's car while driving around {feeling & looking like an idiot}

the only good thing so far today was this...

and the fact that it is GORGEOUS outside.

oh, AND

the fact that i am going to pick up my lover boy at the airport this afternoon

AND

it's his birthday!!!

{and i have a cute outfit picked out.}

we're going to traipse around nashville & do only things that he wants to do

{aka, no anthropologie visit today}.

things are bound to look up...25th birthdays are so fun!
