marathon sunday.

i'd like to give a huuuuge blog shout-out to three of my amazing runner girlfriends

who are completing the minneapolis & milwaukee marathon today!

this is the 2nd marathon for two of them

& the THIRD marathon for another.

you're probably almost done as i type this

and i'm sure you're rocking it.

you've been my inspiration this summer

as i've dragged/pushed myself through some meager mileage again

{uh, we're talking 2-3 miles at a time}.

today andy & i went for a beautiful morning run

and i thought of you three.

i said, "if they can run 26 miles, we can do 3."

you're incredible! 

i love strong, inspiring female athletes...

and that's YOU.
