wednesday weekend review.

is it too late to talk about the past weekend on wednesday?

yeah?
well, forgive the faux pas.

the last couple of fall weekends we've had
have been so enjoyable, i'm trying to soak up every last drop...
especially as i feel we're on the cusp of some serious life craziness.

here's a snippet of the end to last week.

coffee with the fiance overlooking my "front yard"...and an early sunday morning haze.

followed by the sunday new york times,

an apple-cinnamon candle,

& alpaca wool/peruvian slippers for cold feet.

autumn bliss? i think so.

follllllowed by a country walk with the beau
that provided some roadside flower picking for bouquets.

what wasn't captured by the camera? 

homemade mimosa drinking

&

breaking-in of the wedding heels,

during which i may or may not have fallen up the stairs

while singing aretha's "we are FAM-I-LY!"

{there's a bit of a story here.}

bad sign? eh, whatever. i'm not very superstitious.

embarrassing? only for a second.

a lot of laughing ensued.
