 hi! i'm back!

sorry for the disappearance;

i've been without a camera for the last two weeks

and also without any kind of 

life/extra time.

ugh.

but!

today i presented my capstone project,

aka: one of the banes of my existence

for the last 6 months is finally o-v-e-r.

slowly but surely, the "to-do's"

between me and this degree/next step

that i've desired for so long

are slowly dwindling.

it's exciting!

and exhausting!

something to help with the final push?

a hug from my boyfraynd at the airport tonight.

the arrival will be much less dramatic 

than our last,

but that's exactly how we'd prefer it.

speaking of the last reunion...

waiting for our soldier.

led into the hangar by all the men who were wounded.

 reaching...

waited 4.5 years for THIS hug.

 can still barely believe it.

 celebratory wine & beer at 2am in the hotel room.

is that a spotted cow? you bet.
