holy workout.

it's been a long time since i've been in a hot yoga class.

after class tonight i was feeling pretty great, 

like i could soon become one of those oh-so-flexible regulars.

when exiting the bathroom after washing my hands, 

the lady at the front desk loudly told me {in front of said uber-chic regulars},

"just for future notice, that's the men's bathroom...the ladies' bathroom is in the back."

oh. 

right.

the place is called charm city yoga 
(baltimore is known as the 'charm city').

feeling charming myself?

not so much.
