andy has been trying to convince me for months to sit down and really watch
the wire with him
(ie, not playing on the computer, falling asleep, or doing a million other little things at the same time). after discovering that this city by the bay could be my home in less than 6 months, i finally gave in...
not that this is any tv series the city would promote in order to generate appeal
(unless you plan on moving into the projects, joining the police force, or trying to bust a complicated drug ring). but i think i'm hooked...late on the bandwagon, but hooked.
