i live with a winter scrooge.
he's been given a daily quota of one complaint about the encroaching season,
but regularly exceeds it.
in order to help me battle this southern-transplant sourness,
emily came up with a genius
"wisconsin winter wonderland"
itinerary that lays out fun things to do every weekend
until the end of march.
andy's response,
"umm, you forgot the months of april and may."
see what i'm battling here?
first item on the list:
enjoy the twilight-esque beauty of kettle morraine state forest
followed by delicious treats from the elegant farmer.
it was a wisconsin saturday through & through...
and reminded me {yet again} why i love this place.
i think scrooge's heart may have even melted a little bit, too.
